A. No, there is not minimum order.

Refund Policy
Q. What is your refund policy?

A. We do refund if you order more than what you need, as long as products remain unused. However, refunds do not cover the logistic costs for picking it up. So please, calculate carefully the quantity that you need for your decking.

Delivery
Q. Do you deliver interstate?

A. Our current capacity allow us to deliver approximately 50km radius around the Perth CBD. Please insert your postcode in our quotation system to find out our competitive delivery charges. However, we are happy to assist you to search for 3rd party delivery agents with no additional cost on top.

Q. How long does the delivery take?

A. This is subject to stock availability in the warehouse. Generally delivery will take within 5 working days from order confirmation. However, we suggest you place order at least 2 months in advance of your project to avoid delay.
